The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, which allowed us to wander Quito without any hassle. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety, and I enjoyed starting my day with a good meal. However, the service in the restaurant fell short. it took an excessively long time to receive our orders, and on one occasion, we even got the wrong plate. The air conditioning in our room was programmed to shut off after 30 minutes, leaving us uncomfortably warm at night. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The air conditioning in my room was set to turn off after just 30 minutes, which made for a rather uncomfortable night.

I enjoyed my stay mainly for the location, as everything was conveniently close and the atmosphere was quiet at night. However, the room I had was quite noisy due to loud banging sounds throughout the night, which made it hard to get a good rest. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, offering a great selection to start the day right.

This place surprised me with its cozy lounge area where I kicked back after exploring and a cool outdoor seating that was perfect for some relaxation. Couples should give it a try

The breakfast buffet was really excellent, a surprise of flavors. Waking up to such variety made our mornings. Felt almost like a celebration every day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable, considering the overall experience.
